A CUSTOMER REPORTED AN ISSUE WITH THEIR FREESTYLE FLASH METER. UPN PRODUCT INVESTIGATION IT WAS DISCOVERED THE METER EXHIBITED THE MEMORY OVERWRITE MALFUNCTION. THERE WAS NO REPORT OF DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY OR MISTREATMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS EVENT.
