IT WAS STATED THAT INSULIN LEAKED PAST THE O-RINGS OF THE RESERVOIR. IT WAS ALSO STATED THAT THE CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE READING WAS 450 MG/DL. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
