IT WAS STATED THAT INSULIN LEAKED FROM THE RESERVOIR INTO THE RESERVOIR COMPARTMENT. THE CUSTOMER'S MOTHER REPORTED A BLOOD GLUCOSE READING OF 349 MG/DL. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
