    A PROGRAMMING WAND WAS RETURNED TO THE MFR DUE TO COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS. PRODUCT ANALYSIS REVEALED THAT THE SERIAL DATA CABLE, WHICH WAS CAUSING THE COMMUNICATION ERRORS, HAD AN OPEN CONDUCTOR.
