IT WAS REPORTED TO TYCO HEALTHCARE/KENDALL IN 2008 THAT A CUSTOMER HAD A PROBLEM WITH A PREP RAZOR. THE CUSTOMER REPORTS THAT A STAFF MEMBER WAS CUT WHILE REMOVING THE RAZOR CAP. THE CUT REQUIRED STITCHES.
