    IT WAS STATED THAT THE INSULIN PUMP WAS GIVING THE NO DELIVERY ALARM. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED THAT INSULIN LEAKED FROM THE RESERVOIR DUE TO A CRACK AT THE CONNECTOR. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
