IT WAS REPORTED THAT APPROX ONE WEEK AGO, THE PT WAS SUDDENLY NO LONGER ABLE TO HEAR ANYTHING WITH HIS COCHLEAR IMPLANT. TESTING WAS CARRIED OUT THE CONFIRMED THAT THE DEVICE HAS MALFUNCTIONED.
