THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT INSULIN LEAKED FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE RESERVOIR. THE CUSTOMER ALSO STATED THAT THE PLUNGER IS SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO REMOVE FROM THE RESERVOIR. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
