IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE PUMP SHUT OFF UNEXPECTEDLY AND PUMP HISTORY WAS MISSING. CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE WAS 140-306 MG/DL. CUSTOMER RESUMED PUMP THERAPY.
