IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED A POWER SOURCE ALERT. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING WITH TANDEM TECHNICAL SUPPORT, THE CUSTOMER WAS ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY CHARGE THE PUMP USING A DIFFERENT CABLE. CUSTOMER¿S BLOOD GLUCOSE VALUE WAS 100-142 MG/DL.
