The ALDH2 and ADH1B Genotyping Kit is a product for the identification of the genotypes of aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 (ALDH2) and alcohol dehydrogenase 1B (ADH1B). It uses DNA extracted from peripheralblood samples as template to achieve two SNP loci (rs671 of ALDH2 and rs1229984 of ADH1B) genotypes.The kit is a qualitative assay for use as an aid to clinicians in determining therapeutic strategy for nitroglycerin.
