The cannulated screw system is generally designed for fracture fixation of bones. It is used alone for free fragment or reduction to compress in the spongiosis region in fracture fixations. Cannulated screw is used in cases involving the pelvis, hip, knee, foot and ankle. It is used in femoral neck fractures, sacroiliac joint separations, tibia plateau and femoral condyle fractures, calcaneus and talus fractures, ankle and subtalar arthrodesis, humerus and olecranon fractures. It can also be used in corrections of illosacral dislocations and hallux valgus. Cannulated screws have 3 different diameter types as Ø3.5 mm, Ø4.5 mm and Ø7.3 mm. Ø3.5 mm diameter cannulated screws has various length measurements, increasing by 2 mm, including 12, 14, 16,….,52 mm. Ø 4.5 mm cannulated screws; 20, 22,…..60mm with an increase of 2 mm and Ø7.3 mm cannulated screws by 40,45,50…..120 mm with an increase of 5 mm. Ø7.3 mm cannulated screws have 16mm and 32mm grooves feature. It can also be used with screw ferrules to increase the bone contact area of ​​the screw and to prevent the screw from sinking into the bone when used angled. All cannulated screws are produced from Ti6Al4V Eli raw material in accordance with ISO 5832-3 standard. It is presented non-sterile.
