Creatinine reagent is an in vitro diagnostic medical device intended to be used by healthcare professionals for the quantitative measurement of creatinine in human serum, plasma and urine using the automated Beckman Coulter AU/DxC AU analyzers. Measurement of creatinine is intended to be used as an aid in diagnosis and monitoring of kidney disorders. The OSR6x78 reagents may be used in two ways for the serum/plasma application: Method A : Kinetic Jaffe (compensated method) traceable to the IDMS reference method. Method B : Kinetic Jaffe uncompensated.
