BioCLIA Allergy Reagent Kit, Sx1 is an in vitro qualitative assay for the determination of mixed specific IgE to House dust mite (Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, D1), Cat dander (E1), Dog dander (E5), Rye-grass(G5), Timothy grass (G6), Alternaria alternata (M6), Common silver birch (T3), Mugwort (W6) in human serum via chemiluminescent immunoassay method on the fully automatic BioCLIA instrument. It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use as an aid in the clinical diagnosis of IgE mediated allergic disorders specific to D1, E1, E5, G5, G6, M6, T3, W6 in conjunction with other clinical findings, and is to be used in clinical laboratories.
