Additional Description
Quicklysis™ is a fixative-free erythrocyte lysing solution intended to be used with sample specimens, after staining with flow cytometry reagents in studies where cell loss should be avoided. It lyses erythrocyte populations which could hinder the detection of the target population, allowing it to achieve greater sensitivity in the analysis of the sample, when acquired on a flow cytometer. CYT-QL-3 is a powder concentrate intended to be diluted in 0.5 L to perform 250 tests, each requiring 2 mL.
