Amplidiag COVID-19 Calibration Kit is intended to be used together with Amplidiag COVID-19 Kit, compatible qPCR instrument and Amplidiag Analyzer software according to Amplidiag COVID-19 Kit manual. The purpose of using Amplidiag VCOVID-19 Calibration Kit is to provide instrument specific intensity normalization values as well as standard curve parameters which are used in data analysis. The Amplidiag COVID-19 Calibration Kit includes calibration DNA standard sample reagents for 4 calibrations.
