The BasePurifier™48 Large Volume Nucleic Acid Extraction Rotating System is a general laboratory device for automatic and simultaneous extraction and purification of nucleic acids up to 48 large volume samples, using extraction reagents comprising of magnetic beads. The purified nucleic acids can be used for downstream applications, to aid in the screening, monitoring and/or diagnosis of diseases, with samples from whole blood, serum and other liquid samples etc. The instrument is intended for use by healthcare professionals or qualified laboratory personnel instructed and trained in the techniques of nucleic acid purification.
