ROSCA Vaginal Speculum is provided with two blades , manufactured in medical grade polyestirene , transparent in order to make easy the examination, the speculum surface is totally rounded in order to avoid any injure. ROSCA Vaginal Speculum is provided with a gradual opened system by means of a thread that runs through a bar placed in the lower blade. The opening and closing position is obtained doing the thread turn around the bar. When the blades are closed , the thread is placed in the most distance point from the bar . Doing a turn around movement the thread is run about the bar and the upper blade of speculum is pushed by the thread and separate to the upper blade. With this action we obtain vaginal walls separation. When the separation is optimum, the thread will be placed in a point through the bar ,and the thread will do a brake effect, fixing the thread and avoiding non-desired displacement of the thread . For replacing speculum do the opposite side movement in order to turn round the thread to the left.
