Additional Description

This kit is used for in vitro quantitative detection of Thrombin-Antithrombin Ⅲ Complex (TAT) in human plasma samples. In the process of blood coagulation and anticoagulation, Thrombin and antithrombin Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ) combine AT a certain molar concentration to form an acyl-covalently bound Thrombin-antithrombin Ⅲ complex (TAT complex). The amount and rate of production of the complex may be a marker of anticoagulation and activation of blood clotting substances in vivo. At present, TAT complex content in plasma is often detected by ELISA with good sensitivity and specificity. This index is beneficial to the detection of thrombosis and plays an important role in the observation of anticoagulant and thrombolytic efficacy. It is more accurate in the diagnosis of DIC, and the content of TAT complex in plasma of patients with malignant tumors is significantly increased.
