Der MASTAZYME™ ds DNA ist ein Enzymimmunoassay für den Nachweis und die Semi-Quantifizierung von spezifischen Antikörpern gegen doppelsträngige DNA (dsDNA) in Serum und Plasma, der bei der Analyse von Autoimmunerkrankungen eingesetzt wird. Der Assay eignet sich für den manuellen oder automatisierten Einsatz auf offenen EIA-Prozessorsystemen und ist ausschließlich für die professionelle In-vitro-Diagnostik bestimmt.
