The Transferrin test is indicated to be used in conjunction with clinical evaluation for aid to diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia, in patients. Furthermore, the Transferrin test is indicated to be used in conjunction with clinical evaluation for screening of chronic iron overload diseases, such as hemochromatosis, in patients.
