Neo-Lumax™ (item number IN010) is a CLIA Analyzer user-friendly instrument certified by Monobind to designed to read and calculate the results of assays, which are read in microtiter strips or break apart wells. It is equivalent to the Awareness Model 4901 Microwell Strip Luminometer. The Neo-Lumax™ has been designed for the detection of chemi and bioluminescence and for all measurements of glow on microplates, i.e. for reactions where the light remains nearly constant over a period of time. Data for these tests are preprogrammed into the analyzers memory and are available for immediate use. This general purpose instrument is intended to be used by laboratory professionals who are capable of selecting the appropriate features and options for each specific clinical application.
