Keratin 14 Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (Poly19053; catalog # 905301) is a polyclonal rabbit unconjugated (primary) antibody intended to be used in immunohistochemical staining with a secondary antibody-targeted, enzyme-based detection system (e.g., a biotin based detection systems such as USA Ultra Streptavidin Detection) and enzyme substrates for the qualitative identification of Keratin 14 in human skin tissue sections. This polyclonal antibody was raised against a peptide sequence derived from the C- terminus of the mouse keratin 14 protein. The antibody was purified by peptide affinity chromatography.
