Additional Description
IPL is a type of non-laser light source, which is incoherent light composed of single or multiple pulse sequences with wide-spectrum and high-energy density characteristics. IPL uses a filter, or coating, to filter out shorter wavelengths of light，while retaining the applicable wavelength. The xenon lamp is the light source of the intense pulsed light equipment. The basic working principle is that high voltage is applied to the xenon lamp and triggers the xenon ionization; then, the xenon is discharged after charging through the energy storage capacitor. This causes Avalanche Ionization of Xenon in the lamp, and xenon transforms and releases the charged energy in the form of high intensity light radiation, which is a pulse light.
