Magrev® Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit has been designed for manual extraction of genomic DNA from human and animal tissue samples, and complex food matrixes such as gelatin or processed food. The kit contains the required solutions for extraction as well as the plastic consumables for magnetic bead based extraction. Magrev® Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is highly compatible with Bosphore® Real-Time PCR kits. Starting sample amount is 20-150 mg and DNA recovery (elution) volume is 60-100 µl
