The kit contains the required solutions for extraction as well as the plastic consumables for magnetic bead based extraction. Magrev® Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is highly compatible with Bosphore® Real-Time PCR kits. Starting sample amount is 20-150 mg and DNA recovery (elution) volume is 60-100 µl
