Used after lateral hallux valgus correction of the metatarsal, the clamp allows for osteotomy fixation and cannulated screw guide wire direction. Clamp fixates the osteotomy to hold the correction, and the 15° slanted cannulated k-wire guide allows the surgeon to place the guide wire for the cannulated screw perpendicular to the osteotomy for final fixation of the osteotomy.
