BaseSNAP™ Sensitive Nucleic Acid Purification Kit is a general laboratory medical device intended for automated extraction of DNA and RNA, using magnetic bead-based robots, such as the BasePurifier™ 32, from liquid samples such as nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swabs in either inactivating, viral or universal transport media, and saliva samples. The extraction kit allows high-throughput processing of parallel samples using magnetic rod-based nucleic acid purification systems.
