TriniCLOT Calcium Chloride 0.025 M is an auxiliary reagent intended to be used in combination with other specific reagents and automated or semi-automated analyzers that are used to perform coagulation assays, such as Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (aPTT), Protein C, Protein S and Factor Deficiencies assays. These coagulation assays are used: ยท for the screening and monitoring of coagulation disorders, such as disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), and thromboembolism. ยท for the detection of the Lupus anticoagulant, and the monitoring of heparin therapy. ยท with human plasma specimens from a general patient population, with no age or medical restrictions.
