Kit para ensayos diagnóstico de mutaciones germinales/somáticas en genes relacionados con Síndromes Mielodisplásicos y Mieloproliferativos (agudos y crónicos), Leucemia Mielomonocítica Crónica o Leucemia Mieloide Aguda, entre otros. Estudio de mutaciones puntuales, indels, large indels, ALUs y screening de CNVs. La adición de UMIS permite el análisis eficiente de mutaciones con frecuencias alélicas muy bajas, haciendo que este kit sea idóneo tanto para diagnóstico como para seguimiento de pacientes en fase de tratamiento.
