Additional Description
The hybriSpot12 is a new semiautomatic platform that has all the requirements to perform a reverse hybridization of DNA or proteins on a porous membrane by applying an upright vacuum flow at a selected temperature. The platform is based on the DNA-Flow technology. The application of the vacuum flow allows the fast binding between the target molecules fixed on the membrane and the test sample in a three-dimensional porous environment, which substantially increases the binding effectiveness between both molecules and decreases the incubation times to a few minutes, as opposed to the hybridization on a conventional surface.
