The Influenza A&B Positive control swab is prepared with non-infectious recombinant nucleoproteins of influenza A&B dried onto the positive control swab. Both nucleoproteins of influenza A and B are present hence the Influenza A&B Positive control swab will show double positives for influenza A and Influenza B. The negative control swab consists same buffer used in positive control swab except the nucleoproteins.
