your.training is a digital platform consisting of a dashboard and app to facilitate communication between coaches and clients. Various programs are offered on the platform to improve physical strength and cognitive skills: your.training vitality - physical training program your.training vitality is an exercise program for everyone who is less vital and wants to become active again. The exercises conform to the WHO World Health Organization guidelines and developed in cooperation with the University of Basel, Sport University Cologne and the University of Maastricht. your.training cognition - cognitive training The software is designed to be used with an off-the-shelf computer/tablet/smartphone to help improve a cognitive function (e.g., attention/concentration, relaxation) by providing a client with on-screen interactive sessions (e.g., stimulating game-like activities, video images).
