A syringe pump is a device that uses one or more single-acting syringes or similar containers to control the flow of fluid into the patient's body (for example, by pushing a pusher to empty the solution in the cylinder). The infusion rate is set by the operator, and the flow per unit time is indicated by the device. The injection action of the syringe pump is made by the control pulse sent by the single-chip microcomputer system to rotate the stepping motor through the driving circuit. The stepping motor drives the screw and nut through the deceleration mechanism, and the rotation movement of the motor is transformed into the linear movement of the nut. The nut is connected with the push rod of the matching syringe, and the piston of the matching syringe can be pushed for injection and infusion. By setting the rotation speed of the motor, the speed of its propulsion to the matching syringe can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the dose and speed of the drug delivered. When the matching syringe is installed on the syringe pump, the sensor monitoring system determines the size of the loaded syringe by automatically measuring the diameter of the syringe. By setting the required operating parameters through the input system (keyboard), the control system of the syringe pump will automatically calculate a drive frequency to drive the micro-propulsion system to push the matching syringe, and push the liquid in the matching syringe into the patient's body through the infusion line. In the process of operation, the sensor monitoring system will monitor the installation of the matching syringe and the running state of the micro-propulsion system.
