The Chemiluminescence Analyzer is based on the indirect Chemiluminescence of AMPPD and alkaline phosphatase (ALP). It is used with the supporting testing reagents. It is clinically used for qualitative or quantitative testing of analytes in blood serum and blood plasma samples from the human body, including allergen related item determination, hormone testing, autoantibody testing, tumor related antigen determination, experimental testing of infectious diseases, protein and polypeptides testing, experimental diagnosis of liver disease, immunoassay, vitamin determination, experimental diagnosis of cardiomyopathies, and D-dimer item determination.
