The cell-free DNA in the sample is released under the action of the special sample lysis buffer and protease K. The released DNA is specifically bound to the magnetic nanoparticles in the presence of cell-free DNA lysis/binding buffer. The DNA-binding magnetic nanoparticles are captured by magnetic materials, and then the impurities are removed using wash solution. Finally, the DNA is eluted from the magnetic nanoparticles with eluent and collected for storage.
