Keratin 5 Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (Poly19055; catalog # 905501) is a polyclonal rabbit unconjugated (primary) antibody intended to be used in immunohistochemical staining with a secondary antibody-targeted, enzyme-based detection system (e.g., a biotin based detection systems such as USA Ultra Streptavidin Detection) and enzyme substrates for the qualitative identification of the presence and distribution of Keratin 5 in human skin tissue sections. This polyclonal antibody was raised against a peptide sequence derived from the C- terminus of the mouse keratin 5 protein. The antibody was purified by peptide affinity chromatography.
