The RIDAยฎQUICK Norovirus test is a manual immunochromatographic rapid detection test for the direct qualitative detection of norovirus (genogroup I and genogroup II) antigen in untreated human stool samples from people with symptoms of gastroenteritis. The RIDAยฎQUICK Norovirus is a diagnostic aid for the detection of a norovirus infection in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings. Negative results do not rule out a norovirus infection and should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis. The product is intended for professional use.
