The SureID® C32 Human DNA Identification Kit provides a 6-dye, short tandem repeat (STR) multiplex assay that is optimized to simultaneously amplify and detect 30 loci, 1 sex marker locus Amelogenin and 1 insertion/deletion polymorphic marker on the Y chromosome (Y-indel). The kit offers a multiplex assay for the appli-cations of forensic analysis, family relationship testing and research use.
