The CanAg SCC EIA is a manual enzyme immunometric assay intended for the quantitative determination of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) antigen in human serum. The assay is indicated for use in the measurement of SCC antigen to aid in the management of patients with squamous cell carcinoma. Serial testing for SCC antigen concentrations should be used in conjunction with other clinical methods for monitoring disease progression in patients with squamous cell carcinoma.
