The BasePurifier™ 32 Nucleic Acid Extraction System 32 Oscillating Rods is a general laboratory device for automatic and simultaneous extraction and purification of nucleic acids from up to 32 samples, using extraction reagents containing magnetic beads. Samples can be many different sources, like whole blood, cfDNA, ctDNA, cell colonies, solid biopsies, plants, faeces, and others either purified directly or after pre-treatment. The extracted and purified nucleic acids are suitable for polymerase chain reaction, gene-chip, gene hybridization, gene sequencing, cloning and other technologies. The purified nucleic acids can be used for downstream applications, to aid in the screening, monitoring and/or diagnosis of diseases. The instrument is intended for use by healthcare professionals or qualified laboratory personnel instructed and trained in the techniques of nucleic acid purification.
