The SureID® 23comp Human DNA Identification Kit provides a 5-dye, short tandem repeat (STR) multiplex assay that is optimized to simultaneously amplify and detect 23 loci. The kit contains 6 mini-STR loci that are designed within 220 bp for maximized performance on partially degraded samples. Designed with high performance master mix, the kit offers high sensitivity and great tolerance to various inhibitors.
