Designed to hold back the fat pad and soft tissues during total knee arthroplasty. The fenestrated paddle helps holds back the fat pad and soft tissues, while the two long narrow prongs help penetrate the soft tissue, and rest against the side of the tibia to help prevent rotation of the instrument. Available with Sharp Prongs or Blunt Prongs.
