Heart-type fatty acid-binding protein (H-FABP) Reagent Kit is intended to quantitatively determine H-FABP in human serum. Clinically, it is mainly used for auxiliary diagnosis of myocardial injury, acute myocardial infarction and acute coronary syndrome. H-FABP is a small cytoplasmic protein with a molecular weight of about 15kD and one of the most abundant proteins in the heart with high heart specificity. Following myocardial ischemic injury, H-FABP will be released into the blood at early stage and can sensitively respond to the injury of cardiomyocytes. It can be used as a useful marker for the diagnosis and early diagnosis of myocardial injury and unstable angina pectoris
