D2-40 Lymphatic Endothelial Marker Monoclonal Antibody (clone D240; catalog # 916601, 916602, 916603, 916604) is a monoclonal mouse IgG1 unconjugated (primary) antibody intended to be used in immunohistochemical staining with a secondary antibody-targeted, enzyme-based detection system (e.g., a biotin based detection systems such as USA Ultra Streptavidin Detection) and enzyme substrates for the qualitative identification of the presence and distribution of an O-linked sialoglycoprotein in human bowel or esophagus samples tissue sections. D2-40 stains human lymphatic endothelia. This antibody was developed using M2A. Prepared by ammonium sulfate precipitation.
