Additional Description
The GaitBetter system enables motor-cognitive training by adding a VR capability to standard treadmills. As they walk, patients are challenged by different virtual obstacles (hurdles and puddles) and cognitive tasks (i.e. distractors, navigation). The patient feet movement is reflected in the virtual environment, projected on a front screen.
