Virasens Viral DNA Purification Kit is a viral DNA extraction system from biological materials. The kit is designed using a spin column with silica-based membrane technology. Viral DNA from lysed samples bind to the column membrane while impurities are efficiently eliminated during centrifugation and washing steps. Finally, highly pure Viral DNA is eluted from the silica membrane. The viral DNA obtained can be used directly for various procedures such as RT-PCR, qPCR, viral load determination, viral genotyping and detection of viruses.
