Additional Description
This kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative detection of total protein (TP) in human serum. Plasma proteins are synthesized predominantly in the liver, plasma cells, lymph nodes, the spleen and in bone marrow. Increase of total protein concentration due to dehydration of various causes (e.g., diarrhea, vomiting, shock). Decrease of total protein concentration due to serum protein loss and protein synthesis disorder.
