This kit is based on immunological analysis method and uses the principle of direct sandwich method, which is consistent with the classical "sandwich" immunoassay. Fluorescent microspheres are used as the solid phase of immune response and used in combination with flow cytometry analysis to detect the expression of IL-2RA, IL-18, IL-33, IL-23, IL-27 and IL-22 in the human biological samples. The technical principle is: fluorochrome-conjugated interleukin antibody and biotin-labeled interleukin pairing antibody respectively combine with the interleukin in the sample or calibrator to form a "sandwich" complex, and then react with added phycoerythrin labeled streptavidin (SA-PE). By flow cytometry, within the detection range, the luminescence intensity is directly proportional to the content of interleukin in the sample.
