Designed to facilitate and maintain reduction of the internal fixation of diaphyseal and meta-diaphyseal fractures of long bones. Works especially well with short oblique ones while providing room to implement the plate with this bone clamp still in place. Pivoting pads accommodate metaphyseal fractures. The quick release enables adjustment without losing reduction. Helps provide provisional reduction of diaphyseal fractures – humeral shaft fractures, tibial fractures.
