BRST-2 (GCDFP-15) Monoclonal Antibody, Purified (clone D6; catalog # 915101, 915102, 915103) is a monoclonal mouse IgG2a unconjugated (primary) antibody intended to be used in immunohistochemical staining with a secondary antibody-targeted, enzyme-based detection system (e.g., a biotin based detection systems such as USA Ultra Streptavidin Detection) and enzyme substrates for the qualitative identification of the presence and distribution of BRST-2 in human breast carcinoma samples tissue sections. This monoclonal antibody was generated against a gross cystic disease fluid protein 15. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
